A delicious start: our alpine-Mediterranean breakfast

Daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 am

The gentle morning sun pleasantly warms the fresh air. Choosing where to have breakfast is easy - our sun terrace instead of the restaurant. The aroma of coffee already gives your senses a gentle nudge, and our indulgent buffet awaits with freshly baked bread, regional cold cuts and cheeses, homemade spreads, freshly prepared egg dishes, and much more. Indulge yourself, enjoy the morning panoramic view over Merano and the quiet anticipation of the day ahead.

For a little treat between meals

From 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, you can order delicious specialities from our gourmet menu (for an additional charge). If you're out and about and return to the hotel in the afternoon - or if you suddenly crave something sweet – from 2:30 pm onwards, a buffet with the finest cakes awaits you. This is included in your pampering board.

Throughout the day, our bar also serves refreshing drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

In the evening: all about gourmet in Tirolo

A day full of experiences draws to a close, and your rumbling stomach announces itself. ow about a relaxed dinner in our open-air restaurant with outdoor kitchen? A specially prepared and reserved table is already waiting for you. Enjoy a delicious 5-course menu with a variety of side dishes or be enchanted by one of our culinary events (and the walk-in wine cellar).

For a cosy end to the evening, how about a glass of our estate-grown house wine in the fireplace lounge?

At the feel good Resort Johannis, everything revolves around craftsmanship. We are surrounded by our own vineyards and orchards covering an area of 20,000 m². What could be more natural than producing our own wine? And that’s exactly what we do - with passion and expertise. From grape cultivation to cellar storage, everything takes place on-site. Always with a focus on quality and sustainability.

The wines of our gourmet hotel reflect the terroir and dedication we pour into every step of the process. This also applies to our homemade apple juice - sourced from our own orchards - and our schnapps. For those who appreciate the exceptional.
