Would you like to bring your furry friend to feel good Resort Johannis?
Enjoy a relaxing break together. Small and medium-sized dogs are warmly welcome (price: €30 per night, excluding food). Please note that dogs are not permitted in certain room categories, the restaurant, garden area, or wellness facilities. Dog leads are required throughout the hotel. During mealtimes, we kindly ask that your dog remains in your room. If this is not possible, we have a designated area for them. Your four-legged companion is always welcome to join you at the bar.

Our hotel

• Prices are per person per day, including half board. Additional local tax of €3.40 per day for guests aged 14 and over.
• Our prices vary depending on demand and occupancy. This means early bookers receive the best rates.
• Price differences are based solely on room categories; all other services remain the same. Room layouts are schematic and not to scale. Differences in room size and furnishings may occur.
• For organisational reasons, we are unable to guarantee specific room numbers.
• Deposits can be transferred free of charge to our account at Raiffeisenkasse Tirol:

• Arrival: from 2:00 pm; if you are arriving earlier or after 7:00 pm, please inform us by phone.
• Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest.
• The hotel bill can be settled in cash (banknotes) or with all major credit cards (except American Express and Diners).

• Please inform us in advance of any intolerances or allergies.
• If you cancel your dinner reservation by 10:30 am, €10 will be deducted from the half-board price.

Cancellation conditions

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

You can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; your deposit will be converted into a voucher for your next stay. Payments can only be refunded via voucher.

• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged 30% of the total stay.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged 90% of the booked stay.
• Our recommendation: a travel cancellation insurance policy.
• In the event of early departure or failure to take up a confirmed reservation, the terms of the travel cancellation insurance will apply.
